Part Information
Special details:Â In an electric dryer, if the timer advances in the timed dry cycle but not the automatic moisture sensing cycle, unplug the dryer and check continuity through the resistor using a multimeter. Replace the resistor (part number WE4M255) if you measure infinite resistance. If the timer still doesn’t advance in the moisture sensing cycle after replacing the resistor, replace timer WE4M359.
This timer (part number WE4M359) is for dryers.
Timer WE4M359 controls the electrical components and the duration of the dryer cycles.
Unplug the dryer before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.
